Flowers For You
The Flowers For You project is a responsive website I created for a flower delivering company. It includes versions for both desktop and mobile devices.

Role: Lead role from early concept to complete prototype
Program: Adobe XD
Problem:
Most flower ordering websites feel outdated or have a complicated layout. Some don't have an optimized website for mobile users.
Solution:
Create a responsive website for both desktop and mobile, provide a fresh, visual appealing yet easy to follow layout for users.
After interviewing 5 participants, I found out that some of the websites they use feel aged or don't offer enough varieties. They sometimes go to a local drugstore and purchase flowers if it is urgent, which often time is not the best solution since they're not fresh enough.
- Users want new products and fast orders.
- Users want a refreshing experience.
Wireframes
These are some of the initial wireframes I created for the project. I focused on the structure aspects first and making sure the user flow makes sense. I kept the same layouts and applied them for the mobile version of the website.
Moderated Usability Study
I conducted a moderated usability and made a few changes to the website:
- A home button in the header instead of relying on the logo to navigate.
- More relevant information on the homepage.
- A more concise header, with cart and account logos.

- The most challenging part about this project was to figure out a way to present the information on the mobile version as close as the desktop one. It was really important to think of how the users would interact with the design, receive feedback and make changes that would benefit the final prototype.
- Learning a new program was really fun. Adobe XD is similar to Figma but they each have different useful perks which I really liked.
